Born in Comiso, Sicily, Italy.
He was a painter, sculptor, architect, writer and stage designer.
After completed his studies, he moved to Milan mainly devoted to literary work, wroting at that time "Viva Gioconda".
In the between, until his last book "Free Pages", he also wrote several novels and poetry.
But the painter was also there and still having time to be, during a few years, the theatrical stage designer at the famous Teatro alla Scala of Milan.
As a sculptor, he created big sculptures that can be seen from Itlay to USA and his paintings are in the most important museums of the world.
