ELFRIEDE LOHSE-WACHTLER
4 December 1899, Dresden - 31 July 1940, Pirna, Germany
With the original name of Anna Frieda Wachtler.
Studied at the Royal Arts School and also in the Art Academy in Dresden.
As a painter, she saw her works banned and considered as "degenerate art" by the Third Reich.
She was murdered in a psychiatric institution.
