FRANTISEK TICHÝ
24 March 1896 - 7 Ocober 1961, Prague, Czech Republic
Studied at the Prague Academy of Fine Arts.
After that he travelled to France and America.
He began his career working as a stage designer for Svandovo Teather in Prague.
As a painter he used eclectic motifs from still life to landscapes and portraits, but his frequent inspiration was the circus life.
