JOAQUIM SUNYER
1874-1956
Born on th 20th December in Sitges, Spain.
Studied arts in Barcelona and in 1896 moved to Paris.
There he adopted the neo-impressionist style painting in his soft portraits and landscapes.
In Paris he had a certain bohemian life and had an affair with Fernande Olivier also resident at the Bateau-Lavoir.
