LAURA HOFSTADTER
Born 1952 in Princetown, New Jersey.
She discovered the photography in 1970 at the Stanford University where she took photo classes during her graduation in biology. And she worked in various jobs on that.
Meanwhile, between jobs and family, she got time for an artistic expression.
She is a good photographer but her project entitled Stages is a remarcable recreation on masterpieces from Vermeer to Picasso. A serie of self-portraits on classical paintings.
