CECIL CROSALEY BELL
(1906-1970)
Born in Seattle, USA.
Very young began working at the Tacoma Engraving and a few years later went to Chicago where he studied printmaking at the Chicago Art Institute.
After his marriage he moved to New York and there he studied at the Arts Students League.
He was a painter but also worked as a commercial artist at Fox Films and as a free-lance illustrator.
