JOSEPH INGUIMBERTY
(1926-1945)
Born in Marseille, France.
He entered in Art School in 1910. Studied at École Supérieure de Beaux Arts  in Marselle and at École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris. Also followed courses in Architecture.
Won the Blumenthal Prize in 1922 and the Prix National for painting in 1924. In 1937 received the Légion d'Honneur. 
He was painter and Art Teacher at École de Beaux Arts in Hanoi for twenty years. In Hanoi became head of the painting department at the Art  School until 1944 when the college closed due to the Japanese forces occupation.
Returned to France only after de II World War to live in Menton where he died.
