GIOVANNI MARANGHI
Born in 1955 in Lastra a Signa, Florence, Italy.
Studied in Liceo Artístico, later in the Faculty of Architecture and also in the Academia de Belle Arti.
Long time ago I had the chance to see his works at the Dalders Gallety in Amsterdam and again at Diva's in Brussels. At that time I understood Maranghi was a talent.
His sedutive crouching women with enormous hands looking out of the painting, ready for something, can transport us for a mix of Klimt, Schiele or any Madona of  the XV century.
