Born in 1972 in Calcuta, India.
He received his postgraduate diploma in jounalism from the Xavier Institute of Communication in Mumbai.
Soon began working as a trainee reporter and a few time later as a street photographer in Mumbai were he is still based.
Among other responsible works, I emphasize he is the picture-editor for Mumbai Time-Out, on the book Bombay then, Mumbai now and also in the National Geographic Traveller India.
This photographer/poet is still one of the finest street photographers in India. I say poet because every picture is poetry, as you may see.
