BILL WOODROW
He was born in Henley-on-Thames in 1948, United Kingdom.
This Neo-Pop artist studied in Winchester College of Art, the Saint Martin College of Art and Design in London, and also in the Chelsea School of Art.
His first works were made from materials found in dump and used domestic items, but now he works in bronze and welded steel.
Interesting work is the sculpture of the concret bunkers along the beach at Blavand-Oksby in Denmark, mounted with horses heads and tails cut from steel, done in 1995.
He is one of the best Bristish contemporary sculptors with important solos shows around the world.
